INTRODUCTION
Richard Nguyen is responsible for overseeing the compliance of SMT facilities with company policies in his current role. He has traveled to several SMT facilities, including Unigen Fremont, Celestica Thailand, Foxconn FTX Houston, Flex Austin Texas, Foxconn Mexico, and Jabil Circuit San Jose.
• Richard Nguyen graduated from San Jose State University with BSEE majoring in Electronics Engineering. He has experience designing embedded power circuits for Cray’s Super Computer boards from Silicon Graphic Computer..
• He also designed an infrared sensor board for Sandisk to measure temperature variations during burn-in tests. For over ten years at Electronic For Imaging (EFI), he worked as an ICT Test Engineer and Test Manager, leading a team of seven test engineers and five mechanical engineers while developing ICT test programs and
fixtures. Richard is knowledgeable about Analog and Digital Logic Analyzers, Labview, and Electronics measurement equipment.

and the World Digital Economy Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award awarded by TYT Tun Seri Setia Haji Mohd.
