Seagrape Steak

Let’s try the amazing combination of tender steak and frail seagrapes!

200- 300g steak

1kg sea grape

1 onion

1 tablespoon (tbsp) sesame oil

1-2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sugar

Black pepper powder.

50g scallion

1 onion (peeled, crushed, minced)


Marinade steak with some sauce, sesame oil, oil, sugar, black pepper, scallion, scallion juice and fried sesame after slicing the steak into small thin pieces. Wait about 1 – 2 hours until steak is absorbed.

Stirring the mixture occasionally.

Remove steak from marinade and grill it with medium temperature.
