20g fresh sea grapes
2 morsels of tofu
2 tablespoons of vegetarian soy sauce
1 dried shiitake
½ tablespoon minced ginger
½ tablespoon of vegetarian spices
¼ tablespoon of pepper
½ tablespoon of sesame oil
½ tablespoon of roasted sesame
½ cup of broth from vegetable
Soak fresh sea grapes in water about 15 minutes, then take out, keep it in airtight.
Cut the tofu into cubes, after that steaming with pandan leaves.
Make the shiitake blooming and soft by soaking it in water, remove the stem then wash and drain it.
Fry ginger, boil it with soy sauce and broth. Put in the pepper, sesame oil, spices and cook.
Place pandan leaves on the disc, put in the tofu and soy sauce above. Decorate with grapes, sliced chillies, roasted sesame and peppers.
Enjoy as an appetizer or with white rice is very delicious.
