Sea Grape and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

100g sea grapes

12 shrimps

1 onion

1 chili

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/3 tablespoon minced chili

Laksa leaves

How to do:

Soak fresh sea grapes in water several times, then take out, keep it dry.

Shrimps washed, take thread in spine, then boil, peel and chop it in half.

Onions: peel, wash and slice.

Mix sugar with fish sauce, melon, minced garlic and chili and ketchup.

Put washed shrimps, onions, chilies into a bowl and mix.

Finally, add sea grapes and mix.

The dish should be used immediately after mixing because sea grapes will lose its crispness if keeping it too long outside.
