Description: Pangasius steak cooked with green pepper


Raw Materials:

3 Pangasius steaks (300g),

50g green pepper or 10g sliced lemon leaves, some tiny-chopped chilli, seasoning, sugar, fish sauce.

How to do:

1. Prepare the steaks and green pepper clean and dry.

2. Soak the steaks and pepper with 4 coffee-spoons of fish sauce, 1 coffee-spoons of sugar and 2 coffee-spoons of seasoning for about 10 minutes.

3. Put all in a oven and cook with low heat till small amount of water remained. Put in chilli and cook for 1 minute.

4. Serve in a plate, put some more green pepper. Enjoy!
